Growing up in a toxic environment and moving from one unhealthy relationship to another taught me that life was far from a fairytale. But books gave me solace and hope. Among the turmoil, I found refuge in reading. Engaging in stories allowed me to experience different worlds, feel deeply without judgment, and escape my reality.

This sparked my passion for fiction writing. Combining my own experiences with those of others, I create stories filled with emotion and depth that readers can relate to and escape within when necessary. My goal is to ensure everyone feels seen and heard, no matter their background, by weaving universal struggles into purposeful story arcs. I aim to show readers what resilience looks like and that there is always light ahead if you hold onto your courage.

Join me on a journey of personal truth and fictional adventures that offer comfort during tough times.

Author Cherish Amore was born and raised in Williamsburg, Virginia. Ever since an early age, she used words to express her inner emotions as she explored freestyle poetry. It was during that phase of her life that she learned the importance of words, the weight and true power that feelings on paper could portray. What started off as therapeutic and an outlet for her, turned into a passion for the craft of creative writing. Hearing feedback and observing how her words moved people was fuel for her to pursue her passion. Her style of writing is very personal, and she wants the reader to relate to her stories and feel as if she took the words right out of their heart.

At 27, she felt that she had experienced a lot in her life and finally decided that it was time to, yet again, put her emotions on paper. She dug deep into her inner history, her most dark secrets, and bright smiles as she penned her first novel. She states that she hopes her story can help someone who may be going down the same road or merely pondering at the fork. She hopes that her story moves readers in the right direction and maybe inspires someone to pen out their own experiences in life. To date she has penned, A Perfect Harmonie 1 & 2, Not My Mother's Footsteps, When He's Too Good to Be True, An Imperfect Love Ruined Perfectly, Loving an Undercover, and Different Walks of Life Joined as One, and she also co-wrote Fighting for Love and Sleeping with My Daughter's Man.

Jaimsss cultivated a love of words as a young child. At the earliest of ages, she would sit at her “Grannie’s” feet while they both journaled their intimate thoughts, or she’d snuggle next to her mother and read the most exciting romance and mystery novels. Over the years, her journal collection swelled, as did her imagination, with names of characters and visions of stories that had yet to be written.

Inspired and filled to the brim with ideas, Jaimsss began to illustrate the power and beauty of true love– the kind of romance that mirrors Love, Himself. As God fills her with words of lovers’ stories, Jaimsss releases them to paper in a way that blends spirituality and self-love with passion and intimacy. She creates captivating characters that readers will fall in love with and relate to.

As Jaimsss massages her gift of storytelling, she exposes Love’s goodness, and inspires readers to trust in its existence always.
